The hotel had a modern interior and was pretty clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance when my husband needed it. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.
The hotel is located quite far from the city center, requiring a tram ride to get there. The neighborhood around the hotel appeared to be a bit run-down.

This comfortable hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to public transport. It's situated close to a tram stop, making it easy to explore the surrounding safe neighborhoods. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are equipped with good-quality toiletries. The friendly staff is always on hand to provide helpful service.
One small downside is that the hotel breakfasts are not up to par, with poor quality cereals and bacon and slow replacement of items, according to some reviews.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe how affordable my stay was, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. Speaking of which, the rooms were kept very clean and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect. It was in a safe local neighborhood, and while it wasn't right in the city center, it was only a short walk to the tram stop, allowing for easy access to all the main attractions.
All was ok, but I did notice that the carpet in some areas looked a bit run down.
